Terms of Booking

Your booking, which is secured by the payment of a deposit (20% of the total cost) establishes a contract between us.

The 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking and on receipt, this will be confirmed by email. The deposit is non-refundable.

The balance of the fee is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the booking and non-payment will be taken as a cancellation of your booking.

If you have to cancel your booking before the final payment is due, then we will refund your deposit only if we are able to re-let the accommodation.

If, for reasons outside our control, we are forced to cancel your booking then a full refund of any money already paid, will be promptly made.

You may wish to consider taking out cancellation insurance to cover the risk of cancellation.

In the event of any breakages or damage, we reserve the right to invoice you for the cost involved. If any problem does occur please let us know immediately so that remedial action can be taken as soon as possible.
